There is an overlaid additional black triple-folded train to complete the look -  a cheeky detail typical of the exuberant designer that made it a delight to behold on the runway. The dress fastens with a hidden white zip and hook-and-eye at the back. This panel is lined with beige silk chiffon. The straps are composed of lace lined with beige silk chiffon also. Internally, it is luxuriously lined with smooth pewter-blue silk. Under the bust sits a narrow boned corset which fastens under the left arm with hook-and-eye clasps. The dress fastens under the left arm with a hidden tonal blue zip. This curved hem is christened by a pretty bow at the base of the jacket, the soft, curved ears falling over the lower back. The jacket is unlined primarily, however it is lined under the arms and contains slim shoulder pads to hold its theatrical shape. There is a coordinating lilac taffeta belt with oval fabric-covered buckle which sits over the corset and fastens with a hidden gold-tone hook-and-eye clasp.
