The confetti lucite body and hinged lid are in excellent working order. The carved lucite top has suffered a fair amount of the crackle 'crazing' to the underside that effects these bags as they age. Structurally there are no 'showstoppers' - the crazing is very fine and in keeping with age. It was hard to capture in bright studio lights so we've added an additional photo of the top. The handle is crafted from coordinating black leather which attaches onto the top of the bag through gold-tone metal D-rings. Inside and made of calf skin, it has two compartments. The large main compartment contains four pockets, one that closes with a zip. The inside is stamped with “Asprey London” in metallic gold ink.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis elegant bag is in remarkably good vintage condition with excellent patina developed over the decades.  It has been carefully stored in its original dust bag which we will include. We noted a tiny bit of wear internally around the clasp but it is hardly noticeable. There are very light surface scratches to the exterior leather and interior calf leather; however, no dents or abrasions can be seen.
