It fastens at the collar with a popper closure and really evokes the chic silhouettes of the 60s, with capes often having been worn over eveningwear. It is lined in a soft black satin and hangs beautifully. There is a faille silk covered button at the neck which we believe may have been replaced during the garment's lifespan, but it in no way alters the impact of the cape and is likely similar in looks and quality to the original. Due to its style the cape measures very generously, and would be suitable for anywhere between a size 8-14 UK, or 4-10 US although on larger sizes the cape looks much better unfastened. It would also fit up to a man's size medium. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIn very vintage good to excellent vintage condition with a small repaired 3mm hole on the front near the bottom hem.
