We've sold a number of these over the years and although this one is unlabelled, the laundry care label has the writing in a font used by Tachi Castillo, one of the best known Mexican designers of the era. It has a high waisted empire line that is made up of a series of panelled pin tucks and lace trim. The scalloped V-neckline has a floral design in eyelet work and hand embroidered satin stitch. It crosses over at the front and is tucked behind a white satin waist band. The three quarter length pin tucked sleeves end in a frilled crochet lace cuff. The skirt is very full and from the mid-thigh has a deep flounce that is made up of rows of horizontal ribbon appliques, pin tucks and crochet lace insertions.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIn flawless vintage condition with no issues of any note. These look fantastic worn by contemporary modern brides but equally they're just great dresses that have stood the test of time.
