Early Chanel jewellery was always 23\/24ct yellow gold-plated and these have a lovely deep golden hue which is slightly matte. The designer's stamp is located below the clip fastenings on both pieces, and they are also engraved with \"95A\" which corresponds to the year of manufacture and “Made in France”.
