This fur was used by famed designer Elsa Schiaparelli throughout the 1930s and 1940s. Marilyn Monroe, Mick and Bianca Jagger, Loulou de la Falaise, Kate Moss and Michele Lamy have all been photographed in these exclusive furs - a rare relic from a by-gone age. This glossy jacket has a boxy construction, with large shoulder pads and a cropped length - the perfect accompaniment to a beautiful evening gown. It fastens at the neck with a decadent ornamental buckle detailed with metalwork shaped into art nouveau motifs. It is also secured with large, fabric-covered hook-and-eyes along the front.
