The cotton fabric is a vibrant lime-yellow, almost neon, and as luminous as the day it was made. Composed of an off-shoulder top and voluminous below the knee-length skirt, these stunning pieces are accented with black cloth at the hems and delicate black embroidery of vines and stitched stripes. The pretty top draws on a classic folk style with its ruffled neckline, and is secured at the side hem with a hidden zip. The skirt is fastened at the waist with hidden buttons and wrap-around black ties. We have paired with a very full 3-tier black nylon tulle petticoat, resulting in a dramatic, flamboyant silhouette.
