The peplum-shaped suit jacket with shoulder pads draws in the waist and adds volume around the hips, emphasising and highlighting the feminine figure. The jacket has an asymmetric hem with a raised front and lower back. It has a panelled construction which echoes the curves of the body; a top layer of tangerine orange linen follows the V-neckline and travels up the body, stopping at the shoulders. The jacket is short-sleeved and is secured at the front with two fabric-covered buttons. The sleeves are split and are also detailed with a fabric-covered button. The skirt is a high-waist pencil skirt cut to an above-knee length. It fastens at the back of the waist with a hidden tonal orange zip, large hook-and-eye and snap closure under an angular fabric tab - a Mugler signature. Both the jacket and skirt are lined in orange satin for a comfortable, luxurious wear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMade in France, both pieces are in superb vintage condition with no flaws of any note and the fabric has retained its vibrancy. The label reads 78% Viscose, 22% Linen. The suit is labelled a French 40 but please check our measurements closely as there is no stretch. Our model's sizes are: Bust: 34\" (87cm), Waist 24\" (61cm), Hips: 34.5\" (88cm) and 5' 7\" (170cm) and she's a size UK 6, US 2.
