It has a ruched bodice with a sweetheart neckline which is gathered at the side seams. There is an attached wide sailor collar that forms the shoulder straps. Depending on how it is styled it can either be a gathered shoulder strap or actually cover the shoulder like a little caplet. The capelet has excess fabric that is stitched at the bottom of the bodice which can be tied into a bow or tucked into the neckline to create a different look. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThere are three layers which account for the volume; a white acetate under-dress that is followed by a stiffened tulle petticoat and then the manmade rose print chiffon.
