The gold and silver-toned buttons are ornamental and the coat closes with large, covered popper fastenings. There are three smaller gold and silver buttons at each sleeve. The detachable silver-tone chain belt adds a playful, futuristic detail typical of late 1960s design and composed of three chains secured with a round polished buckle. There are in-seam slit pockets at the front and a vent at the rear hem. Lined in a fine quality rayon, this elegant coat is in fine vintage condition with virtually no signs of wear noted and no faults.
