This georgette fabric maxi dress has made good use of an accordion pleat design from the Raglan shoulder sleeves through to the trapeze design bodice and full A-line skirt. The sleeves finish with a Bishop style cuff that is fastened with two fabric covered buttons. It has a high cowl neck and fastens to the rear with the original zip. The dress is fully lined in a burnt orange colour acetate, save for the sleeves which have been left sheer and the bodice lining has been cut trapeze shaped to give a halter neck appearance. The dress retains its original fabric belt and fabric loops. Labelled a vintage UK 14, this piece is better suited to around a UK 10-12 or US 6-8 in modern sizing.
