The capelet comes down towards the front of the dress creating a handkerchief ruffled effect. It also features a cascading floral appliqué in red and orange on each shoulder going down to the back of the dress as well as a central appliqué on the front, all of which are dotted with beautiful beads and sequins.  Excellent condition.
