1960s Kitty Copeland Eau de Nil Shift Dress

Kitty Copeland was a fine quality British brand that retailed in Harrods throughout the 50s and 60s. This 1960s dress is an eau de nil in colour with a high neckline and Princess seams. As the dress flares towards the hem, there is a double bow attached to the dress and also two fabric buttons to suggest that the dress has a kick pleat. These buttons are purely for decoration. The dress fastens to the back with the original zip. Fully lined in a quality acetate and best fit for around a UK size 8. The medium weight fabric is likely to be a blend of linen, silk and manmade fibres. Due to its weight, the fabric retains the a-line shape of the dress. In great vintage condition with no issues.
