Larry Ross 1960s Mod Dress Owned by Dame Vera Lynn with Provenance
This beautiful 1960s Larry Ross dress in silk brocatelle fabric was once owned by Dame Vera Lynn and comes with a certificate of ownership. The fabric design is made up of soft geometric patterns in radiant turquoise, eggshell blue, and cream. The dress is a simple shift design with a central zip fastening on the reverse. The neckline features a narrow v-neck and the front of the dress features vertical faux pockets with attractive white bauble button fixtures. A seam runs across the front of the breast and tailoring at either side of the waist creates a subtle flare at the hip. This piece is in excellent condition and would best fit US size 6 - 8, UK size 10 - 12, although it is worthy of note that the bust measures slightly smaller in relation to the waist and hip measurements.
