1920s Black Feather Caplet
Lovely vintage 1920s black feather caplet with tie fastening. This versatile piece is fully lined in a black silk lining and is slightly shaped around the shoulders for an easy fit. It measures 38cm/ 15” long and would work on any size. In excellent condition especially for something of this age.
