Lillie Rubin 1980s Polka Dot Puffball Dress
Very cute vintage 1980s dress by Lillie Rubin in black and white silk with polka dot print. The dress features an asymmetrically ruched bodice with large bow on the left hip and a puffball skirt. Inside it is fully lined and there is some light boning and it fastens at the back with a zip. The dress is in excellent condition with no flaws to mention.
