Mexicana 1970s White Cotton Pin-Tuck Blouse with Lace Bubble Sleeves

This romantic 1970s white cotton pin-tuck blouse with fantasy lace bubble sleeves is undoubtedly from the legendary Mexicana boutique but now has lost its labels. Possibly designed by Tachi Castillo, this high quality blouse has a buttonless collar with an open neckline and a central row of concealed popper fastenings run the length of the centre. The pin tuck fabric is tailored at an angle beneath each bust to accentuate the waist. The long sleeves form a dramatic bubble shape beneath each elbow and are adorned with a four tiered lace ruffle embellishment. In wonderful vintage condition and a small - medium; would suit a range of sizes up to US size 8, UK size 12.
