1960s White and Lime Green Linen Dress with Embroidery

This 1960s linen / cotton blend dress is of very fine quality with a block colour look of white and lime green that overlap with each other at the waist where you have this really fine embroidered floral design that sweeps across the front of the skirt. In the larger floral motif there are three crocheted hanging tassels and there is a mixture of hand-stitched designs that make up the composition.

The dress is a gentle A-line shape with a round neck. It finishes at knee length and the original zip is present. The dress is fully lined in a quality acetate. There is a great deal of handwork present in this dress and although it is not labelled it has certainly been made with great care and skill and we suspect this was a designer piece. In wonderful vintage condition - no issues of any note. Best fit for up to a UK size 10 or US 6.
