1970s Karl Lagerfeld for Chloe Yellow Silk Striped Tie Blouse

This pale yellow silk wrap around blouse is classic and timeless; so much so that it is difficult to date. We like to think this was designed by Karl Lagerfeld who had a long association with the now iconic fashion house from the late 1960s through to the 1990s. The silk is a striped organza type fabric and the blouse has a feminine and romantic design with a double cap sleeve and a peplum waistline. The deep v neck crosses over at the front and the wide ties wrap around the waist. It is in gently used condition with minor signs of wear. There is very large label which interestingly mentions the luxury Texas fashion store Tootsies that is still going strong after four decades. The blouse is labelled a French 42 and we find this true to size so will fit up to a UK size 12-14 or US 8-10. We also have a chequered Chloe skirt very possibly from the same collection in another listing.
