1930s Black Felt Hat
Early 1930s, possibly late 1920s moulded scallop shaped black felt hat. This lovely piece features a pretty black silk velvet trim and matching velvet ribbon bow detail to one side with a filigree brooch. A really good size to fit most people and in excellent condition.
