1920s French Black Silk Bag With Floral Embroidery & Hand Beadwork Frame

An absolutely stunning 1920s oe early 1930s black silk bag handmade in France with intricate floral crewel work embroidery on both the front and back. The clasp fastening and top edge are beaded in matching colours with a delicate chain and black bead handle. Outside the black silk is gathered along the top edge and inside the bag is fully lined in an ivory silk with a small pocket on one side. It also comes with a small mirror in a purse.

Remarkable vintage condition and displays beautifully.
