1980s Chanel Gold Tone Link Necklace with Medallion Charms

This wonderful Chanel 1980s gold tone necklace with cut-out medallion charms is a rare piece and extremely wearable. The chain measures 39” and features three large round hanging charms just over 1.5" in diameter with 'CHANEL PARIS' in cutout around the edge of a central cutout Chanel CC logo. The chain has elongated links each just under 0.6" in length. There is no fastening due to the generous length of the chain. These originals did not bare the usual hallmarked cartouche and are unmarked, however the design is fully documented.

A wonderfully early, exceptionally well made and beautifully diverse statement piece in excellent vintage condition.
