1930s Gold Mardi Gras Costume
Incredible vintage 1930s Mardi Gras costume from New Orleans with exaggerated shaped and tasselled shoulders. The body of the top if made of a gold mesh and is heavily embellished with gold cord, sequins and jewels. It is cropped and fastens under the bust with poppers and has a band with large hook and eyes to fasten at the neck. It is in excellent condition with no flaws and is labelled Arther Sherrick Costumes.
