1970s Colourful Floral and Silver Lame Shirtwaister Dress

This early 1970s silver lame shirtwaister dress features a pointed collar with a deep V neckline, and gathered long sleeves with poppered cuffs. The waist is cinched with an eye catching wide fabric buckle belt, finished with a turquoise diamante clasp. The fabric is a fabulous bright large format paisley print in shades of raspberry pink, emerald green and electric blue, with a flower power lame design. It is lined with a blue silky feel rayon fabric, which adds extra comfort against the body.

Although the dress is unlabelled, it was most likely made in the US and is in fabulous vintage condition with no faults or marks to note. It would best fit a size 8-10 UK, or 4-6 US.
