PRODUCT DETAILS
This 1970s floral print cotton/wool blend maxi dress is by American high end label Teal Traina and has a feminine, contemporary aesthetic with a Deco style line. The autumnal shades of russet, golden ochre and sage green blend beautifully against a black background with the density of the print culminating largely on the bodice and scattered more sparingly on the ankle length skirt. The batwing sleeves feature 3" zipper fastenings on each cuff and the slash neckline is embellished with 4 x loop buttons on either shoulder covered in matching fabric so that the dress can easily be slipped over the head. There are concealed side pockets on the hips below a slightly dropped elasticated waistband and the bodice is lined in pale nude chiffon. This special piece is wonderfully versatile and is suitable for the daytime but just as easily dressed up with red lipstick! In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note and considerable give at the bust and waist, would fit a range of sizes between US size 6-10, UK 10-14.
