At Circa Vintage, our focus is on documented and rare designer brands as well as unique vintage pieces that will appeal to our worldwide clients. We welcome you to send us photos of your pieces or alternatively book an appointment to visit us in person for an appraisal at our London showroom.

We operate on a 50/50 split of the final sale price. To get started, we welcome you to send photos of your pieces via email or book an appointment to visit our London showroom for a professional appraisal.

The Agreement: We usually keep items for 3 to 6 months, though we may hold rare or limited-edition collectables for longer. 
Payment: We settle accounts by BACS, cheque, or store credit. 
The Bonus: If you choose to spend your earnings with us, we offer an additional 20% bonus on top of your store credit.
Unsold Items: Once the period ends, you can collect your items, have them shipped back to you, or choose to donate them to the talented students at the London College of Fashion.

What We Look For

To maintain our archival standards, we are selective about the items we accept:

Condition: We only accept items in excellent or very good vintage condition. Please ensure all garments are laundered or dry-cleaned before your appointment.
Era: We prioritize pieces that are 25 years or older (circa 1990 or earlier).Modern Exceptions: We do accept more recent items, but strictly with runway provenance.
Bestsellers: While we look for stand-out pieces from any era, our clients specifically seek out special event dresses and designer costume jewellery.

For those with significant collections (30+ items), we occasionally make house calls. Otherwise, we invite you to visit our showroom to discuss your archive.
