• To help speed things up when visiting in person, it would be helpful if you could email us a list of your items and a brief description. Once we have had a chance to evaluate the items, we will contact sellers by phone/email to advise which items we would like to accept and at what prices.

• We only accept excellent or very good vintage condition items and ideally they should be more than twenty five years old (unless they are Chanel, Dior, Hermès or Louis Vuitton items).

• Sellers leave their garments at agreed prices, collecting the money when the items sell. We settle accounts by BACs, cheque or store credit. If you would like to spend your store credit at Circa, we offer an addtional 20% bonus on top of any owed amount.

• We usually keep items for between 3 and 6 months. However, we may continue to hold rare, limited-edition and/or collectable items for a longer period of time. After that, you will have the option to collect all unsold items, have items shipped back to you (Royal Mail delivery rates apply) or donated to London College of Fashion students.

• All prices will be agreed between the seller and Circa Vintage and the proceeds split 50/50. Full payment to our clients will be made at the end of the agreed consignment period by either cheque or bank transfer. 

CONSIGNMENT TIPS

• Please ensure that all items have been laundered or dry cleaned and are in very good to pristine condition before arranging an appointment to bring them in (please see our Condition Guide for more details). We occasionally make house calls; however, clients will need to have more than 30 items of interest for us to review.

• Our bestsellers are special event dresses, costume jewellery and handbags. Of course, we are always looking for stand-out pieces from any collection or designer and all pieces must be circa-1990 or older.
