STYLIST PULL TERMS
Stylist requests at Circa Vintage are managed in line with its role as a working fashion archive, providing controlled access to archival, designer, and couture garments for editorial, film, television, and research use. Each request is assessed individually to ensure the suitability of the garment, the context of use, and the preservation requirements of historically significant pieces.
The following terms outline Circa’s approach to stylist loans and requests, reflecting archive-led standards of handling, documentation, and care. These guidelines are designed to protect the integrity of the collection while supporting professional creative work that engages responsibly with fashion history.
- Our hire fees begin at 17.5% of RRP + VAT.
- A 5% fitting fee applies to all items taken off-site. This fee is non-refundable and is charged regardless of whether or not the item is purchased.
- A selection of available pieces can be viewed in our Lookbook, online, or by apppointment.
- Fittings must be completed and items returned within 48 hours. We do not permit external tailors, dry cleaners, or the use of pins during fittings. If an item is damaged during a fitting, the stylist is responsible for the cost of repair.
- Stylists are responsible for collecting and returning all items to our London location. Collections and returns are available post-negotiation Monday–Sunday, 8:00–18:00.
