1960s Bramel Model Turquoise Daisy Chain Dress
This is an exceptional quality 1960s turquoise block colour shift dress from quality British label Bramel Model. It features a silk georgette cowlneck which overlays the shoulders falling in a double train either side of the central fastening metal zip. The real star of the show though has to be this phenomenal cotton daisy chain applique embellishment that is a separate layer to the crepe underlay of the dress.
The dress hangs beautifully because it has this cotton applique overlay on top of the georgette layer which is then backed with a quality acetate lining. There is also a separate acetate petticoat in the dress. It's a great size and will fit up to a UK 12-14 or US 8-10. In fabulous vintage condition, with no issues of any note.
