These 1980s Chanel earrings are in impeccable vintage condition and designed by Victoire de Castallane. They feature a raised spoked and circular frill design with a very large central faux mabe pearl. Each earring measures 4.3 cm in diameter and early Chanel jewellery was always 24ct gold-plated. The designers signature is located below the clip fastenings on both pieces with season '25' which corresponds to 1986 as the year of manufacture. A delicious combination of kitsch and classic Chanel design, these are a wonderful addition to any collection and have seen little use in their lifetime. The clip-on earrings are not heavy.
